Queb HR Innovation Awards 2019

Innovation has become one of the most important factors in finding, retaining and developing talents. The competitiveness of industries in Germany depends significantly on this internal and external innovative power of companies. Therefore, Queb honors outstanding innovations in the field of employer branding, personnel marketing, recruiting or HR technology with the HR Innovations Awards. On one hand for in-house innovations in established companies, on the other hand for outstanding innovations from start-ups.
The aim of the Queb Awards is to identify and introduce innovative activities and publicize the best practice examples.

Queb HR Innovation Awards 2019

The Queb HR Innovation Award is set up in two categories:

  • Queb HR Innovation Award 2019 – Category: Established Companies
  • Queb HR Innovation Award 2019 – Category: Start-ups

The award ceremony will take place during the recruiting convent. The jury will make a pre-selection of the submitted documents. The final decision of each winner will be voted live as part of an elevator pitch by the audience.

  • No application costs.
  • To be submitted by 31.01.2019.
  • The awards will be presented as part of the Recruiting Convent 2019 on 22.05.2019.

  • Benefit from the media feedback.
  • Take advantage of networking opportunities on the day of the Queb Awards.
  • As a participant, you will receive a certificate and, as a winner, a trophy.

Evaluation criteria

  • How helpful the product would be for the people (workers / employers) who use it?
  • How much does the product simplify / would the product simplify a service / process / etc?
  • How much does the product improve / would the product improve a service / process / etc?
  • How sustainable is the product in terms of rapidly advancing digital transformation and will it still bring benefits in the days after tomorrow?
  • In which way could the product be integrate in companies or processes (interfaces, white-label use, etc.)?
  • How much advanced is the product: are there any successes and how significant are those?
  • Is there a disruptive potential (justification required)?

Application requirements

The application documents should include the following aspects:

  • Starting position & objective strategic approach
  • Implementation
  • Value added (achievement of objectives, measurable results and conclusion)

In addition, the following must be observed:

  • Application documents should be sent to info@queb.org by e-mail with the subject “Queb Award 2019” and the name of the category (company or start-up).
  • The applications should be kept short and may not exceed a maximum of 5 DIN A4 pages (!) plus images and / or links.
  • Application deadline is 31.01.2019.
  • All companies, organizations and startups can apply.
  • Agencies may submit an application upon approval by the customers and on behalf of their clients.
  • Queb members are not excluded from participation. As a juror, the member of course is excluded from participation.
Recruiting Convent 2019 #RC19


The jury is composed of parts of the Queb board, the advisory board and the alumni network.
It is therefore a well-balanced committee of renowned experts from science and practice.
The jury will make a pre-selection of the submitted documents. The final decision of the winner will be made live by the audience at the recruiting convent.
