Queb – Bundesverband für Employer Branding, Personalmarketing und Recruiting e. V. forms a competence network for innovative employer branding, personnel marketing and recruitment. With the alliance of renowned companies (currently over 50 members), the federal association combines the relevant knowledge for personnel marketing that is successful over the long term and offers companies a central platform on which to exchange knowledge.
The federal association actively and consistently promotes high-quality personnel marketing
and recruitment as a recognised expert.
The establishment and development of positive employer branding are the essential prerequisites for acquiring suitable applicants and generating loyalty among employees. Personnel marketing aims to ensure the attractiveness of the company as an employer over the long term using suitable tools, independently of economic conditions and against the backdrop of demographic and labour market policy changes.
In this context, the personnel marketing managers of important companies in the private sector came together in 2001 and founded the association “dapm, Der Arbeitskreis Personalmarketing” in 2003 – later “Queb – Bundesverband für Employer Branding, Personalmarketing und Recruiting e.V.”.
The organisation primarily promotes an exchange of experience relating to personnel marketing and employer branding. What’s more, working and quality guidelines are developed in the field of personnel marketing. Joint initiatives and platforms along the HR value creation chain (attraction, integration and retention of employees) complete the Queb portfolio.
